Google is now launching it’s new Android One operating system for smartphones.

On September 15th Google will be launching it’s New OS called “Android One” for upcoming smartphones. The “Android One” is developed considering low to mid range configuration mobile smartphones which are commonly used by the people in India and Asia. This OS will help smartphones manufactures to make quite cheaper yet high performance smartphones in coming year. Note that earlier Google launched the Kitkat version of Android OS which was lighter and faster than the old version of Android OS. However, many companies are still using the Jelly bean version of Android OS in mid to high range mobiles.

The company claims that Android One is specially designed for Low-range to Mid-range mobile phones, this OS will give high performance on basic or low configurations smartphones. This up-gradation of OS has increased the interest of Manufacturers on capturing the low budget market and most of the companies in India are launching their low budget phone loaded with “Android One”. Google shared that The “android one” smartphones will perform better than the current high-end phones” The New OS is more efficient and have more functions with high-end performance, Along with this Google will be giving more apps and features on Android One Platform.

In India smartphone companies like Micromax, Spice, Karbon are ready to launch their smartphones with Google Android One OS. The cost of phones is expected under 100$ or less than Rs 8000. Google also shared few details about it’s new Micromax android one smartphone: the Micromax Android one smartphone will have 4.5-inch display, dual-SIM support, an SD card slot, with FM radio.

Google has specially launched it’s Android one smartphone Os in India first. However, it will be launched in other countries as well where there is high demand of low-cost smartphones.

The purpose of Google is not only to increase the popularity of the Android OS but also want to bring more and more people on this platform with this act.
