I don’t need to sit here and start preaching to you all about how important health and fitness is. It’s a subject area that most of us in modern society today are aware of, and more importantly than that – MOST of us want to improve our health and fitness.

      1. Drink 8 glasses of water daily – this is essential for everyone. If you are not drinking plenty of water, you can become easily dehydrated which can lead to fatigue and often a false sense of hunger. Drinking enough water keep you feeling revitalised and help balance your energy levels.
      2. Try to sleep for 7 hours a night is essential for everybody. When your body is in sleep mode, it’s repairing itself – sleep is necessary for muscle development. If you don’t sleep enough, your body will work less efficiently, and you can feel sluggish. It can also be a factor in turning body tissue into fat, rather than helping develop muscle, as mentioned above.
      3. Stretching before sleeping is a good way to keep your muscles, tendons, limbs and joints fit, and can reduce cramp in the night too. Moreover, stretching reduces the risk of being injured when embarking on on physical exercise.
      4. Reducing stress is one of the most important reasons you need to stay fit and healthy. Stress has many side effects, including overeating, disruption of the internal organ’s function, eruption of skin diseases, and much more.       7. Quit your vices! The biggest one I have to mention here is smoking. QUIT IMMEDIATELY!!! It is a seriously bad habit that can damage both your health and those around you. I don’t need to sit here and tell you the long term effects of smoking, but aside from the obvious, it ages your skin, can ruin your skin and cause damage to your vocal cords.
