Cat Or Cow Pose:

One gets hands and knees in this cat cow pose. The cat part of this particular pose is considered by bending the back upward that is same as a scared cat arches his back. The cow part will drop the back and then the chin is raised upward.

Cobra Pose Bhujangasana:

In the cobra pose, the person lie down on the floor and then upper body is raised by arms until the arms become straight. It is similar as the cobra does by raising upper body. By doing this pose one can increase flexibility in the back and also helps to digestion and makes stomach muscles strong.
